L = tuna w/ light mayo on Wasa, Healthy Request chicken noodle soup (5)

S = 1/2 banana, ff vanilla yogurt (2)

D = probably out….there is very little fresh food in the house. Either Wendy’s for salad & baked potato, Subway, or maybe sushi from the grocery store again. (8-10)

other = drink with girlfriends – depending on dinner, either a Strongbow (5) or vodka/soda (2)
