Due to DBF’s return yesterday, we decided to order in Chinese food for dinner. I am OK with it, although I was sadly disappointed in the meal. DBF loved it though because it was more like what he was used to. West Coast Chinese food is apparently different than the rest of the country.

So anyway, today I’m sucking back the water!!

– ww tortilla w/ hummus, tomatoes, mushrooms & spinach
– baby carrots

– Handi-Snack (cheese n crackers)
– 1/2 banana & 1/2 cup chocolate Almond Breeze
– water
– leftover Beef & Brocolli, S&S Pork & 1/2 cup fried rice
– water

Activity: intro weights class & hopefully 20 mins light cardio if my back cooperates
