– tuna salad (1/2 can light flaked tuna w/ light Miracle Whip, dijon, chopped pickle) served on romaine lettuce leaves
– baby carrots & cucumber sticks w/ 2 tbsp lemon & dill hummus
– 100 cal pack Ritz crisps w/ 1 wedge light Laughing Cow
– 1/2 banana
– grilled chicken breast (marinated in olive oil w/ lemon juice and herbs), steamed asparagus, boiled new potatoes w/ light sour cream
– 1 cup skim milk @ dinner
– ff Lemon Parfait yogurt w/ fresh blackberries & sprinkle of some kind of cereal
– tea
