– baby carrots & cucumber sticks w/ 2 tbsp lemon & dill hummus
– BBQ pork loin chops (marinated Asian style) served with stirfried brown rice with brocolli, frozen veg & mushrooms
– ff Lemon Parfait yogurt w/ blackberries & sprinkle of Kashi Crunch
– maybe decaf tea
