Thursdays are just cardio days, and today I had to be in my office for a 9am conference call (which annoyingly didn’t happen for some reason!), so I took it quick and easy at the gym this morning.

Treadmill:
– 5 minute warm up
– 10 minutes @ 3.2 mph
– 5 minutes @ 3.8 mph
– 5 minute cooldown

Elliptical:
– 10 minutes with ramp @ 6, resistance @ 6
– 5 minutes in reverse with ramp @ 1, resistance @ 4


This afternoon I hope to get out for that walk with the dog (I ran out of time yesterday)…so hopefully the weather holds and work doesn’t get nutty.
